I accept...Diaw is doing nothing for us and hasn't really done anything thus far. I can use the extra cap room that Marshall will give us to resign Williams/Jack and Rush/Powe are decent young players that have some upside...hopefully!

Powe and Rush have both regressed this season after having good seasons last year, but this trade does net the Kings cap space (Marshall's expiring) and thats whats most important for a rebuilding team.
