2008-2009: $1,000,000 (MLE) Total: $1,000,000 Chris would be our first big off the bench as we currently lack a big body off the bench, we feel if he comes back to Philly we can give him a good chance of competing for a championship.

The Celtics would like to offer Webber a 1 year deal worth $5,500,000. Our team is weak in the frontcourt and Webber would have a great oppurtunity to start here. Right now we are going to try a small ball line-up using either Johnson or Posey at PF. If Webber came here we would have the possibility of having a more traditional line-up, using Webber at PF.
Year 1 (5.5M)

might as well try
1st year: 500,000
total: 500,000
yes we understand that we cant give Chris 1 - 4 million to play with us, but we are a legit team in the east and we have a good chance to go all the way. Are we Orlando or New Orleans? no not at all, but underdogs are what we believe in, and if Webber joins our team, he will be 6th man off the bench and will get playing time. Plus he will help us be number 1!!

Our final offer to Webber is 1 year and $5,400,000. We know this isn't the same amount of money as Miami is offering, but we will guarantee Webber the starting PF spot. With Webber to go along with Calderon, Durant, Johnson, Nene, and a deep bench we feel this team would be a playoff team that he could have a big role in, instead of coming off the bench.

Miami, you dont have the cap space to offer a 1 year/7 million dollar deal. Your total team salary is $69,917,634. Salary cap is $70,000,000
Bidding will start again from 0 because Miami placed bids with money he didnt have and while doing so, he upped the offers from his competitors.

You don't have the cap to offer $6,000,000. Your salary cap is over $69,900,000 and the cap for this season is $70,000,000. If I understand correctly the most you can offer is $500,000.

1 year 500,000
if Webber wants a chance to win, he can help the Raptors. We just traded for AK and we think AK was the final move to make us better. We think Webber would fit in at the 6th man role and will be a key person coming off the bench for us. We understand we cant offer Webber 5 million but we think we have a chance to make the championship finals, and Webber will just help. We will also give Webber a No Trade Clause, where i cant trade him unless he agrees to a trade. We will be the first team in NBA Legends history to do this but i feel Webber would really help our chances

All you can offer is the minimum, which is what Toronto is offering. You don't have the cap space to offer anything over that.

The Charlotte Bobcats would like to offer Chris Webber a 1 year deal at $3,400,000.
Year 1: $3,400,000
Total: $3,400,000
Obviously we released so we do not want you, we would like to inform you that if you sign with us we have a trade lined up to send you to Toronto. Our organization has always done you right Chris and unless you want to rot in Boston and probably not even make the playoffs you will accept this offer.

Playing alongside Jose Calderon, Joe Johnson, Kevin Durant, Nene, and one of the deeper benches in the league is hardly rotting away. We offer Webber more money and playing time than anyone else right now. We also offer him a great oppurtunity to play in the playoffs. Charlotte kicked you to the curb once and now wants to use you as trade bait to get them a player or two in a trade. You are very wanted in Boston and wouldn't be mistreated like that.

I don't want Chris but I have great respect for what has done in the past and if I was a contender I would want him on my team. There no guarantee you are going to start Boston, look at this GM's history he loves undersized faster posts. Sorry Chris you are a little old to play up tempo, and that's exactly why I cut you (other than the 10 M in cap space I saved ) The thing is though you aren't signing with me, technically you are but being a Raptor would give you a legit chance at a title. You were a starter your whole career and now you need to be playing 20 mins a game on a good team. Toronto is now an Elite team with AK47, and you may get a lot of touches while you are in the game in the post since AK47 has limited post moves. What's more important to you Chris, 2 more Million and being a "starter" (remember you can't play that many mins anymore anyways, for you "starter" is all ego) or having a chance to win a ring.? Wouldn't it be funny if you signed with Boston and we beat you for the 8 seed, it could happen.
