Sam appreciates the offer and is honestly shocked that more teams are not interested in his veteran services. So pending any new offers in the next 24 hours, it looks like he will accept Philly's offer

I'll offer a one year deal worth 500,000 too...He woulld bring a lot of experience and would also come to a strong contender which could give him another ring in his last years...he would be the backup PG, Francis would still be a backup PG but more of a SG

The Bucks would like to offer Sam Cassell a 1 year deal worth $2,500,000. Sam would be Tony Parker's backup and will have a great chance at winning a championship with the Bucks.

Although that is true, it is hard to turn down an offer of MIL caliber...considering it stands over 2 million over PHI. So unless PHI is willing to offer more guaranteed money up front, MIL will have him. Although Sam is giving PHI the benefit of counteroffering
