I Accept.
This may be a long explanation so CM's please bare with me:
The reasoning for this trade is, As my core, I'd like to give Travis Outlaw the starting job this whole time, and i also wanted to Give Thaddeus Young more time at the 3 spot instead of playing the 4 like he was, so trading away Maggette is fine, because I dont need another high scoring 3, because i have Brandon Roy now who is playing outstandingly. I was looking for a distributing PG who wont eat up so many shots, and i feel as though a young Rajon Rondo is the man for the job, along with ZaZa Pachulia as a backup PF for Aldridge and i can use Diop and Maglorie as the C's. So basically my team is
Diop > Magloire Aldridge > ZaZa Outlaw > Young Roy > Webster Rondo > Rodriguez
I hope you understand i want to stay young and play well, plus i get another 1.2 mil in cap room to sign solid bench veterans in the FA market.

i agree to this trade because i had no need for rajon rondo because i am still trying to sign harris and i didnt want play wetsbrook on the bench because he is to good to play on the bench and i am working on another deal that will make my team even younger but all this youth who is going to lead the team and that man is G.Hill he is going to be my leader and keep all these young guys tight and also i get future picks and the man that i love Brook Lopez he has so much potential to be something huge and he is going to be starting for me bynum and lopez as my front line that is sick i like this trade it helps my team alot i agree

I understand why Portland is doing it, but he is getting ripped off big time. I think you can get more for Maggette. Its essentially Rondo and 1.5 mill in cap space for Maggette. IMO, the cap space does not make up for the talent level that separates the 2.
I'm going to have to reject.

This is the way I see things here,
Indiana is not giving up enough for the talent they are recieving in return and Portland is getting hardcore ripped for maggette. Some will inevitably say that my vote is because I was hunting for Maggette myself...so I will nip this in the bud. I don't understand how you can feel comfortable dealing an 83 solid player like maggette for an underachieving PG and garbage essentially. And on Indiana's side, i dont understand how he can only give up the same garbage that portland is getting for hill AND lopez. Why wouldnt indy just deal straight for maggette and cut out the middle man AKA DET.
Either way, i dont like this. i reject

I reject as well. Maggette should be getting a lot of shots in GS, while Rondo still won't get touches with the big 3 in Boston. Rondo, Gray, and a 2nd isn't really worth Maggette.

i understand the CM's decision to reject and have no issues about it. all i need is a PG, i see there have been 3 rejections so far, i guess ill go into the FA market, see what PG's i can acquire,if not, i will have to see who i can deal for maggette, i know alot of teams have tried to acquire him, but i need a PG and thats that, i guess it looksl ike its going to be rejected, and thats fine, i understand the CMs decisions, adding picks, or players really wont sway my decision because Rondo was the man that i wanted in the deal and thats all

I don't think this can go through since Portland's salary chart is incorrect Pretty sure Roy isn't expiring
