Officially hire and fire your head coaches in this thread!
We are taking Portland's idea and putting a few twists to it. The following explains how many stars your coach will start off with, how he/she can gain stars, and how he/she can lose stars. The amount of stars your coach has will not determine how your team plays on the floor. This is just another edition to our league that not only helps reach our goal of being the best league on the net, but also helps the realism factor.
