Maybe (probably) I'm having a brain fart...but didn't Denver move the #4 for Shane Battier? Or did he get it in that deal? If he got the pick that thread was worded really weird. But it really looks to me like Denver traded #4/Pavlovic for Battier... ragas2134.proboards83.com/index.cgi?board=aprroved&action=display&thread=2774It was a brain fart (sort of). Denver making too many trades! He got 4 back in another deal.

This is a tough one. IMO Wade is one of the best players in the game when healthy, for all we know, the 2nd and 4th could turn out to be busts and Indy gets screwed over bad. Denver easily wins this now since he's getting a proven player for two unproven players. I'm gonna have to think about this

I am gonna go ahead and Reject.
If Wade was like a 35 year old 93 it would be POSSIBLY a different story... but he's only in his mid 20's. And one of the best in the game, inarguably.
The #2 and #4 picks would have to BOTH work out and BOTH turn into star players for this to be a good trade, and the chances are they won't. The rest of the stuff in this deal just isn't enough for me personally to accept.
I Reject.

I'll reject. Indy's been on the verge of getting the boot, and I think if he does, I'd think the new GM would be better off with Wade, then 2 unproven rookies.

true that Denver... Indy I don't understand your obsession with moving Wade? You're trying to clear cap in order to resign Devin Harris it seems (he's a PG). You want Devin Harris, but you just traded for Rondo (he's a PG). You were going for picks 2 and 4 in this deal, and reason says you'd get one of Rose or Mayo, and then possibly another guard (Westbrook, Bayless, Gordon, Rush) at 4 (course you could/should take Love at that point with your roster). But anyway, I know you could move some of those guards, but I just don't see why you are trying to move a guaranteed top 10 player in Wade, basically just to clear cap for Harris (when you already have Rondo who you JUST traded for... just makes me put up a big
