From what I've heard, David Lee will be traded from the Knicks no matter what. Blazers could have some interest giving up their 13th pick and Jack.

Memphis offered Detroit the #5 pick for Stuckey and Joe D rejected it
Thank God, Stuckey is going to be a star. I bet if Chicago offered the #1 for Stuckey he would reject that also.

The Spurs sent an e-mail to every team in the league at 3:30 p.m. saying that they were willing to move the 26th pick. The e-mail asked league executives to "E-mail us your interest and your offers to 26."
This is pretty funny, when did nba gm start sending out email? Spurs GM is taking a page out of NBA Legends book.

The Wizards have been talking with several teams about trading down in the draft.
Talks with the Pistons last night ended up going nowhere.
The latest has them talking about a swap with the Rockets that would send No. 18 to Houston and No. 25 to Washington.

A league source says that the LA Clippers are close to completing a trade with the Seattle Sonics for the #4 pick. The Sonics would get the #7 pick from LA along with some other kind of compensation, likely a future first round pick. This deal is said to be dependant on whether or not O.J. Mayo is still available at #4. As such, this trade likely wouldn't become official until the Minnesota Timberwolves make their selection at #3.
The source confided that the Clippers could then look to trade the #4 pick and Elton Brand to Miami for the #2 pick and Shawn Marion. This trade would allow the HEAT to get Brand and Mayo, who are both players the HEAT are said to covet. However, it's also a possibility the Clippers would keep the fourth pick and draft Mayo

Cancel the rumor above
A Miami Heat official called to shoot down a rumor reported on Pro Basketball News about the team drafting USC guard O.J. Mayo with the No. 2 pick and then trading him. The official said the Heat plan to keep the pick unless they are offered “something substantial in return.”

The Nets trading of Jefferson for Simmons and Jianlian just further solidifies the prospect of saving cap room to sign LeBron James in 2010.

Also, in Chad Ford's new mock, Joe Alexander falls to the Nets, and I will absolutely love this pick if it happens.

(no homo to all you sickos out there ) On the Spurs thing, the Blazers could buy it if KP thinks it could be used as trade bait. If not, it'll stay open. ;D

Chicago's so not secretive. At least Pritchard tried to keep it cool about Oden.

Congrats to the Bulls and Derrick Rose. He hasn't fainted yet. Though they took one hell of a long time.

Pretty dumb of Seattle to pick Westbrook 4th overall. Bayless would've been waaay better.

Not a surprise IMO, they were looking to trade up to the 4th pick to get Gordon. Brook Lopez slipping badly.
