Example template for ratings increase. You dont need to do it this way, this is just for the people that didnt know what I was talking about.
Seattle Supersonics: David Lee (75) IMO, he should be a 77-78. He is one of the best rebounders in the game. Look at his rebounds per 48 minutes played and he is always in the top 5.
Thabo Sefolosha (69) Showed signs last season of becoming an impact player on both the offensive and defensive ends. I believe he should be a 72.
Earl Watson (69) He became the starter last season for the Sonics in real life and put up better numbers than half the PG's in the league. IMO, he should be a 73.

Guys-
I have decided to start the extension period after the draft has been completed. I know that this might not be the popular choice amongst you all, but its what needs to happen. There is really no reason to rush the off-season. I don't want a lull period to occur after the off-season is complete and the start of the new season and if we rush, thats what will happen.

Off-Season Free Agency ends this Sunday Night @ 11 PM EST.
All pending offers must be signed by that deadline. No new offers can be made until the In-Season Free Agency period begins, which will occur after the rookie signing period has passed.
