If need be (and allowed by Seattle) I'd be willing to rework this if Detroit would be

Waiting on Charlotte and New Orleans to vote.
2-2 right now
Milwaukee will be the tie-breaker if it gets that far.

I have been told to be the designated voter for Charlotte.
Honestly, I don't like this trade for Chicago at all. Houston has shown flashes lately and with the addition of Josh Smith, they're only going to get better. I think Chicago is giving up too much for a pick in the 4-6 range. Although Ford is an injury concern, he's shown he can put up good numbers when givin the minutes. TT has tons of potential and can be a star in a few years. I reject

i know my opinion means nothing, but...
why would chicago do this trade?
tyrus thomas was like a 2nd or 3rd overall pick himself... maybe if this trade was TT for the pick straight up, then i think it would be fair
but why is tj ford involved???
chicago cant even be trying to tank because he doesnt own his own pick... dunno why he would do this

I accept this...i understand that CHI is giving away its whole team but he does have the right to rebulid and this will definitely do that. He isnt getting a great deal but it is not enough to reject.

well, out of the teams involved in this trade, i would like to say that I, in fact, win this trade! First off, DET further ruins their team's chemistry with the multiple lineup potentials. This helps me because now I need to only battle MIL for the top slot in the East. Second, I win this trade because CHI has officially sunk himself with this deal. This benefits me for obvious reasons because now I have a GREAT chance at locking up the #1 pick!!! WELCOME TO THE FUTURE CHAMPS ROSE!

Don't count out how bad my team is haha. Around the deadline I moved Bogut (79) and Mobley (77) yea he was bench but still that rating...and the best thing I added around the deadline was Dorell Wright (73)...I honestly think I'm still headed for #1, especially since I still have a head start over Chicago anyway.

Just my 2 cents on the trade. I don't really get it from either teams point of view. For Chicago, I think you could have gotten more for a Ford/Thomas combo than the posibility of having a top 5 pick. For Detroit, he now has his work cut out for him to resign Howard. His cap next season is just under $66,000,000 (considering he picks up the options for Thomas and Maxiell). He will have to cut about $16,000,000 in the off-season to match the type of offers that Howard would get in free-agency. However teams make trades for their own reasons, so best of luck to you guys.

Thats also part of the reason why I did it (plus with the expiring contracts of Rip and Mason I'll have $40 mill in cap space this offseason)
