www.nbadraft.net/Just thought I'd put this link up to get a discussion going on what you guys think about the upcoming draft I think Brandon Rush would go before the second round

Rush would be late 1st, early 2nd. I see they still have the Blazers drafting Kevin Love. Not my version of a good draft..

Yeah I have to agree with you, I don't see any reason why Portland would draft Kevin Love. (not saying he's not a good player but they don't need another big.)

They usually update these daily, so the picks for each team afer the top 2 or 3 will change everyday. I do not want the Bulls to take DeAndre Jordan. Hes just another project big man that cant shoot FT's. I'd much rather have Love, a more polished and smart big. Great basketball I.Q.

Man, I'd love for the Blazers to pick Westbrook, Batum, or Collison. Big fan of Westbrook as a combo guard with Roy in the backcourt. Batum's a nice project player at SF. And Collison is probably the best PG behind Rose and Bayless. My god I'd be happy with Mayo, Rose, Gordon, or Bayless though.
^I doubt he would/should declare this year, he's coming off an injury season.
Has anyone heard of that McGee kid? Is he really good enough to go that high?

I haven't really heard of McGee but by the write up on him he sounds like he would be a project so 11 seems like a bit of a reach(especially if Hasheem Thabeet is available)

Thabeet or Arthur would be perfect with Toronto, Thabeet would give us a great defensive presence which we're lacking. A front court of Bargnani/Bosh/Thabeet/Moon would look great in a few years. Arthur would also fill a hole in our lineup, athletic ability, other than Moon the Raps don't have Arthur type players, we have a bunch of shooters.

Hey Philly, whats the word on your PG situation up there in Toronto. Who is most likely going to be dealt out of the 2? Im hearing here in Chicago that Paxson is really interested in acquiring Ford. Not sure what we would send you guys, but its intriguing.

Ford looks like the odd man out with his selfish play recently, theres a slight possibility we won't be able to get Calderon re-signed unless we move Rasho's expiring 8 mil.
I've heard rumblings about a Ford, 1st rounder for Deng S&T deal. Would you guys do something like that?
I think thats a pretty good deal for both, you guys get Ford who can break a defence, something you guys need. Also allows Hinrich to move to the 2 where I think he's better suited. You guys also get a pick in the 16-19 range.

If we can package Hinrich, TT or Noah, and our 1st rounder to LAC for Elton Brand, I could see that sort of deal for Deng happening. Deng wants 13 a year, not sure anyone will give him that after this season

I'm more happy with that. We need a PG. I hope the Blazers take a Joey Dorsey/Richard Hendrix type player in the 2nd round, we need the rebounding off the bench. Another one, you might like this more Seattle: hoopshype.com/draft.htm

They usually update these daily And now they have Rose going #1 and not Beasley (the Bulls taking Westbrook, Portland taking Batum and Rush went from being the first pick in the seconded round to the 18th in the first round)

Wow, Rush got a huge boost after his great showing against UNC.

Would Outlaw + Webstar, Fernandez for Calderon, Kapwno work? Ew, Raps don't need another PG, we already have Forderon and Ukic coming over next season.

Would Outlaw + Webstar, Fernandez for Calderon, Kapwno work? Nah. That's a bit too much for Calderon. Right now, if we do trade them, only one of either Webster/Outlaw. Fernandez would probably be considered untouchable until we see him in action.
