I think most people knows it by now.
but if you don't
THE LAKERS just traded Kwame, Crittenton and 2 picks for Gasol.
MAN with Bynum back and if we GET KIDD.
JUST WRITE THE LAKERS NAME OVER THE TITLE IT'S OVER.

Memphis got man-raped in this deal, they already have Conley and Lowry at PG so I don't see how they need Crittenton, the two first rounders aren't gonna be high now that the Lakers have Kobe, Gasol, Odom and Bynum plus they get rid of Kwame! Horrible trade

ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THE MAGICS, they are having a nice season but they aren't even close to the Lakers now. the Celtics and the Pistons are still a problem though. I am just too excited right now man, this is the greatest news EVER.

Considering the Lakers will offer Odom to get Kidd and that would be the best offer out there the Nets might take it.
Bynum Gasol Walton/Ariza Kobe Kidd
Would be the sickest in the L. Plus, they still have a deep bench in Farmar, Turiaf, etc.

Anyways, you just lost all your trade bait for Kidd, so don't expect that to happen now. The Lakers basically had to choose between a PG of a PF, and they chose the PF. They're a good team, better than before, but still about 4th in the West...And that's only when their firing on all cylinders. I don't really see this team making the finals.

Plus, they still have a deep bench in Farmar, Turiaf, etc. The Nets wouldn't accept a deal centering around Odom. They already have Vince and Jefferson, there would be no point in getting him. If the Nets trade Kidd, they're probably going to go into rebuilding mode, as 2 wing players isn't going to get them far. They're going to look for a better package than one focused around Lamar Odom if they're going to deal JKidd.

Odom can also start for them at PF though
they could have a lineup like this IF they were to trade Kidd for Odom
PG-Marcus Williams SG-Vince Carter SF-Richard Jefferson PF-Lamar Odom C-Sean Williams

Stupid Pax.....If all it took to get Gasol was an expiring contract and a rookie PG, the Bulls should have traded PJ Browns contract and Tyrus Thomas. Mem at least could have used TT. Critt will never see the floor there. Such garbage. PAX -

Gotta look on the bright side though. ESPN said the rights to Marc Gasol was traded from the Lakers to the Grizzlies. Maybe he'll turn out the same? Bynum Gasol Odom Bryant Fisher Will be great for years..
