Salt Lake Tribune: When Dwight was in Denver, there were some rumors about him heading to Utah, how does your organization feel about this? And how about Dwight? Would he have meshed well with Amare?

Salt Lake Tribune: When Dwight was in Denver, there were some rumors about him heading to Utah, how does your organization feel about this? And how about Dwight? Would he have meshed well with Amare? Boen: Well I can't speak for Denver, but I am sure glad that didn't happen. There were rumors he was going to back to division rival Orlando, which I mean do they need to get any better? Rumors are rumors, all that matters now is Dwight is a Bobcat. Howard: You know not going to lie, I think Utah is one of the best teams in the league. Not sure how it would have all worked, if for some reason Utah gave up Lebron or a package of the other players for me and I ended up with Amare then I would have done everything I could to make it work. Amare is a great player, I don't know how it would have worked and who would have gotten the touches but I would have been excited had I gone to Utah. No diss to the Bobcats, but Utah is in a position to win now...though I am VERY excited for new season with the Kitties.

Midway Monster: Dwight, there were plenty of rumors saying that you could have been traded for a better combo of Yao Ming AND David Lee from Orlando that would have placed you side by side with the best PG in the nation (CP3) and one of the best wings in the nation (Melo). Do you feel slighted, knowing that you could have played for a national championship caliber team rather than another middle of the road squad with no back court?

Howard: You know sir, you had me at one time and traded me. I know how the Magic organization works, and yeah it would have been nice to play with all those guys...but will your team be there next year? I feel like Charlotte has a bright future, and I honestly still have a chip on my shoulder about Orlando trading me. I would love NOTHING more than to bring the SE Division Title to Charlotte, and I'm calling it next year in the SE we will get 1st, Miami 2nd, Orlando 3rd! Green: I will soon have the back court fixed, don't worry about that Magic

LA Times: As we all know in the slam dunk contest D. Howard was superman and he had a rival named Kryptonite in the form of Nate Robinson, as their a way that Superman and Kryptonite may become allies instead of enemies and foes.

Howard: I'm not an English major, but there is no question in that statement. You need to lay off the drugs or the Stephen A, or whatever you do.
